Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Halewood Intemational limted has applied to West Berkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence In respect of Premises to be known as Yattendon Distillery, Unit 9 Childs Court Farm, Ashampstead RG8 8QT.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2200. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises will be restricted to the proposed "Gin School" offering tasting sessions. Opening hours to be Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2200. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority - Public Protection Department, West Berkshire District Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RGI4 5LD or by email to

licensing@westberks.gov.uk

no later than 26th November 2020 stating the grounds for representationThe register ofWest Berkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
