Proposed development at Land at Oakdown Farm, Dummer, Basingstoke. We give notice that Newlands Property Developments LLP have applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for:
"Demolition of three dwellings, out-buildings and related structures and construction of a storage and distribution warehouse including mezzanine floorspace (use class B8) with ancillary offices (use class B1) within Plot 1 of the site, with associated infrastructure works including site access, parking provision, landscaping, site reprofiling, drainage works and diversion of underground pipeline."
The above application, validated on 28th September 2020 (pending consideration under application ref 20/02586/FUL) is accompanied by an addendum to the Environmental Statement, submitted pursuant to Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 which - provides further information in relation to the above planning application- submitted to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council on the 28th October 2020.
Application plans and other documents submitted are available to view on the Council's website at https://planning.basingstoke.gov.uk. Representations may be submitted online via the above website by the 28th November 2020.
