NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Marsh Partnership have applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence for Ashley Hall & Grounds, Ashley Road, Ashley, Cheshire WA14 3QA as follows: The application seeks to licence Ashley Hall and its grounds, as delineated on the plans deposited with the application. The sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment shall take place between the hours of 10am and midnight daily. Late night refreshment shall be rjermitted between the hours of 11pm and midnight daily, On no more than 12 occasions per year, the licence shall permit licensable activities until 3am. The application also seeks to provide a limited number of larger capacity events; On no more than 12 occasions per year, between 5001-9999- On no more than 6 occasions per year, between 10000-14999- Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe CW1 2BJ during the Council's usual opening hours, viewed on the Council's website:
