North Yorkshire County Council (District of Craven) A65 Skipton Northern Bypass onto A6131 Harrogate Road/The Bailey, Skipton (No Right Turn Prohibition) Experimental Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that on 09/03/20 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 9 & 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit vehicles proceeding in an easterly direction along the A65 from making a right turn into the A6131 Harrogate Road/The Bailey, for an experimental period of eighteen monthsA copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 20/03/20, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Embsaywith-Eastby Community Library, The Institute, Main Street, Embsay-with-Eastby, Skipton BD23 6RE during normal office hours from 19/03/20 until 18/09/20 and also viewed online at

www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map

. The County Council will be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of the Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Within a period of six months from the coming into force of the Order, or if the Order is subsequently varied or modified, from the coming into operation of that variation or modification (whichever is the later), any person may object to the making of an Order for the purposes of such indefinite continuation.Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order must state the grounds for their objection, in writing, addressed to Area 5 Skipton Highways Office, Snaygill Industrial Estate, Keighley Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 2QR or by email to

or via the website link above by 18/09/20.lf any person wishes to question the validity of the above Experimental Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, they may, within 6 weeks of 09/03/20 make application to the High Court for that purpose.

(Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision Of Parking) (District Of Craven) (Amendment No 33) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing a disabled person's parking bay in the location specified below:- Un-named access road north of No 2 Brook Street, South side, from a point 5.5 metres west of a point in line with the front (east) facade of No 2 to a point 12.1 metres west east of a point in line with the front (east) facade of No 2. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton, BD23 1JX during normal office hours from 19/03/20 and also viewed online at
