ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Westbrook Cres (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from trie date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to Introduce a prohibition of driving on Westbrook Cres from Its jet. with Cromwell Ave to its jet. with Garwood CI. The Order will be effective from 4th April 2020 for 1 week, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Cromwell Ave, Westbrook Way & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow for road widening works to take place. Ref: High/2110

Underbridge Ln. Appleton (Prohibition of Driving)
Temporary Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which Is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Underbridge Ln from its jet. with Chester Rd to the Brldgewater Canal underbridge. The Order will be effective from 18th March 2020 for 1 week, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out work to their overhead line. Ref: High/2099
Wellfield St Passageway Gable of 92 (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 19th December 2019. The effect of which was to Introduce a prohibition of driving on Wellfield St Passageway Gable of 92 from its jet. with Wellfield St to Its jet. with the passageway at the rear of 92 to 130 Wellfield St. The Order was to be effective from 20th January 2020 for 4 weeks & then a further 2 weeks, however due to Issues on site the closure is now required for an additional 3 weeks until 22nd March 2020, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow for the installation of a new gas main. Ref: High/2076

Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. DATED: 12th March 2020
