(Conservation Area) Application No: 2019/36192 Proposal: Full Planning -Retrospective consent for temporary planning permission for the siting of a shipping container on the site to serve as an alpaca shelter. In association with Woodlands Alpaca Farm. Location: Land bounded by Stockport Road to the south and Lymm Road to the North, Thelwall, Warrington Applicant: The Egerton Trust The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
