ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council Intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Padgate Ln & Adj St's (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce a Prohibition of Driving & Clearway as follows: Padgate Ln - From its jet. with Manchester Rd & Marsh House Ln to its jet. with King Edward St; From Padgate Ln for 50m along the following lengths of road: Marsh House Ln; Gorsey Ln; Elmwood Ave; Beresford St; Pinewood Ave (North of Padgate Ln); Pinewood Ave (South of Padgate Ln); Ashwood Ave; Alexandra St; Briarwood Ave. The Order will be effective from 11th November 2019 for 6 weeks between 7pm & 1am, when signed on site. The diversion route will be via Battersby Ln, Manchester Rd, King Edward St & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing.

Various Rds in Rixton & Woolston (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce a Prohibition of Driving & Clearway as follows: Entire lengths of road: Barnfleld Rd; Hill Top Rd; Ryder Rd; Hall Rd; Laburnum Ave; Hall Rd Access Rd to Woolston Hall. The Order will be effective from 31 st October 2019 for 6 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative routes will be as follows: Bamfield Rd via Hillock Ln, Hill Top Rd, Hall Rd, Rosedale Ave, Oakdene Ave & vice versa; Hill Top Rd via Hillock Ln, Ryder Rd, Hall Rd & vice versa or via Hillock Ln, Bamfield Rd, Hall Rd & vice versa; Ryder Rd via Hillock Ln, Hill Top Rd, Hall Rd & vice versa; Hall Rd via Barnfield Rd, Oakdene Ave, Laburnum Ave & vice versa or via Barnfield Rd, Hillock Ln, Ryder Rd & vice versa; Laburnum Ave via Hall Rd, Bamfield Rd, Hillock Ln, Holes Ln, Manchester Rd & vice versa or via Manchester Rd, Dam Ln, Warren Ln, Hillock Ln, Ryder Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing.

Westbrook Cres (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Westbrook Cres from its jet. with Cromwell Ave to its jet. with Garwood CI. The Order will be effective from 26th October 2019 to 3rd November 2019 when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Cromwell Ave, Westbrook Way & vice versa. The closure is required to allow for a road widening scheme to take place. Ref: High/2063

Smith Dr. Withers Ave & Hallows Ave (Prohibition of Driving & Footway Closure)

Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 19th September 2019. The effect of which was to introduce a prohibition of driving & footway closure as follows: Entire lengths of road: Smith Dn Withers Ave; Hallows Ave. The Order was to be effective from 4th October 2019 with a revised date of 14th April 2020 advertised on 17th October 2019, however the effective date has been revised again & will now be effective from 3rd February 2020 to 9th March 2020 between 9:30am & 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, when signed on site. The alternative routes & reason for the works remains the same as previously advertised.

The Borough of Warrington (Lonqdin Street) (One Way) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an order under Sections 1 & 2 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 23rd October 2019. The effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Longdin St, between its jet. with Grange Ave & Tinsley St, in any direction other than a westerly direction (east to west). The Order will be effective from 28th October 2019. Ref: Net/1526



The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 23) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 23rd October 2019. The effect of the Order is as follows: -1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of No Waiting at Any Time: Cliff Ln, Lymm (North Side) - From its jet. with the un-named access road leading to Poplars 2000 for a distance of 166.5m in an easterly direction; Unnamed access road leading from the A50 to Poplar Bank (Both Sides) - From the projected kerb line of Cliff Ln for a distance of 22m in a northerly direction.



(b) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of No Waiting at Any Time: A50 Cliff Ln, Lymm [North Side) - From its jet. with the access road to Lymm Services for a distance of 181 m in an easterly direction; Access road from the A50 Cliff Ln (approx. 95m east of Lymm Services) (Both Sides) - From the projected kerb line of A50 Cliff Ln for a distance of 25m in a northerly direction.



(c) In the 71 st Schedule by the addition of No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: A50 Cliff Ln, Lymm (North Side) - From its jet. with the access road to Lymm Services for a distance of 181 m in an easterly direction; Access road from the A50 Cliff Ln (approx. 95m east of Lymm Services) (Both Sides) - From the projected kerb line of A50 Cliff Ln for a distance of 25m in a northerly direction. The Order will be effective from 24th October 2019. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained In them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from 23rd October 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
