The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) Notice under Article 15 (1A & 2) of Major Application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement and affecting a Public Right of Way, and which is a departure from the provisions the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. Proposed development at Land to the North of Junction 11, of the M62, Warrington.
I give notice that Extra MSA Group is applying to Warrington Borough Council for planning permission. Application number 2019/35726: Development description: Environmental Assessment Application, Outline Planning Permission (Major) including details of access - Proposed Erection of a Motorway Service Area including Facilities Building, up to 100 bedroom Hotel, service yard, Fuel Filling Station, Electric Charging Station, parking facilities landscaping and amenity areas and associated infrastructure, all other details (Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and scale) reserved for subsequent applications.

Full copies of the Environmental Statement can be obtained from the applicant's agent, Spawforths, Junction 41 Business Court, East Ardsley, Leeds WF3 2AB at a price of £400 per copy. Copies of the Non-Technical summary are available at a cost of £30 and electronic versions can also be made available on a CD at a cost of £20.00 per CD.
