JOHN DEREK BLOOR Doreen, David and Irene would like to thank all family and friends for the many cards of sympathy, generous donations and for attending the service.They would also like to thank all of the NHS staff who helped Derek and in particular Joanne from Macmillan, the staff on the Doyle ward at Wythenshawe hospital and Doctor Simonton.
