JACQUELYN STOLTENBERG BLOM (Jacey) Peacefully on Thursday 6th June 2019, in a local care home Jacey aged 74 years of Wincle. The much-loved partner of the late Anthony Hordell and a loving Sister of Richard. Jacey will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 28th June 2019 at 1.20 pm. Donations if desired to the RSPB in memory of Jacey.
