PATSY SMITH (Nee TOOLAN) On Saturday 30th April 2016, peacefully fell asleep. Devoted wife of the late Brian, loving mother to Steven, David and Jackie, adored grandmother to Max. Harry, Lily and Isabella. Her love, kindness and beautiful smile will be missed every day. Funeral service to be held at St Vincent's Church, Altrincham on Wednesday 18th May at 2pm, followed by a short service of committal at Altrincham Crematorium.
