Ban these charity collectors from Altrincham

MUCH has been said over recent years about the decline in Altrincham town centre.
One aspect of the shopping environment that could be improved is by banning the charity collectors who regularly harass people outside M&S.
Recently, I was approached twice in about five minutes by the same collector.
After suggesting that he should leave me alone, I was sworn at.
Why does Trafford Council allow this to continue?
I will not be returning to Altrincham town centre until they are banned and will never contribute to the charity for which they are supposedly collecting.
I urge other people to do the same.
