'Chancers' on the roads

HOW many fools/ chancers are there on the roads?
It is quite clearly marked on Thorley Lane and in Timperley village that the road is closed and you can only enter Thorley Lane coming across Shaftesbury Avenue.
Three vehicles I have encountered this week coming out of Thorley Lane. It is so idiotic to ignore the road closed signs and cut through the no entry but how dangerous too.
One person’s excuse was "I'm not from this area".
Does that mean she couldn't read either? I am so furious at people’s disregard for other road users and drive with blinkers on thinking only of themselves.
