AS one of the members of the organising committee for the Ashton on Mersey Jubilee event, I would like to convey our sincere thanks to Cllr John Lamb, Cllr Mike Whetton and Cllr Brian Rigby for their tremendous contribution to the success of the event.
Their organisational skills and many hours spent with us were without doubt one of the reasons for the success of our jubilee celebrations.
