Driving us away

I CAME to Altrincham for less than 30 minutes, parking in the Total Fitness car park.

I saw four traffic wardens within that time, one who was booking a car on Stamford New Road.

All four were in the Goose Green, Stamford New Road, Lloyd Street ‘triangle’.

Makes you wonder how many more were in the rest of the town.

Trafford Council still hasn’t learnt the lesson. Driving people away from Altrincham certainly will not help shoppers or shopkeepers.
