Rude note (From Messenger Newspapers)

I would have been quite happy to pay car parking fees but assumed that parking on the side roads without yellow lines was acceptable and due to the circumstances I found myself in I was more concerned with simply parking than noticing"private parking only" signs and upsetting a few snobbish Hale" types" and saving a few measly pounds. A friends funeral tends to put things in perspective, how dare you assume I did not want to pay, I would be interested to know what part of my initial letter led you to such an assumption ? No Mr Smith, you are a very arrogant and rude individual and I am truly sorry that I encroached on your few feet of tarmac for that hour, I just hope that when you are grieving others will show you more grace than you offered me with your selfish response."
