ild protection laws,human rights laws,litigation claims,false accusations ,lawyers etc.What if the boy accidently banged his head whilst being"helped",enter the "no win no fee"claim consultant to ruin some poor good samaritans life.Regulations health and safety extremists and above all the governments decision to allow a free for all american style litigation culture to develop in the uk has put an end to the days when you could "rescue"a fellow citizen from danger!
