I AM one of these boring people in their 70s who have no mobile phone, no computer and surprise, surprise, no television set.
Because I have no computer, I have to pay £40 for a green bin and not the £35 computer owners pay.
I am sent angry letters by the BBC licensing people who say I have a TV set and they will take me to court.
Whilst I understand all the extra charges because of the carnage created by Blaire and Brown (the worst chancellor since Churchill and he was very bad), why penalise me because I wish to give my full attention to the people and things that really matter? Life is too short.
Stand by for being charged at the local tip or refuse centre.
If they can charge you for your green bin, why not charge for all of them, even though we pay for them in our rates.
