(RE: Sale named fourth most desirable place to live in England) WELL done Sale I grew up in Sale...my parents moved my sister and myself there from Salford.
I lived there from 1960 to 1973 when I got married at St Paul's Church. I went to Springfield Road and then Ashton on Mersey School.
It was a safe, good place to live.
