WE would like to say a huge thank you to all their friends who helped them collect chocolate this Christmas.
The chocolate was given to the Partington Food Bank to be distributed among children less fortunate than most.
This was our fourth year of collecting and, once again, the kind people of Partington were more than happy to donate to such a worthy cause. The kindness and generosity of people amazes us once again.
We would also like to say a massive thank you to the kind staff at Carrington Business Park, especially the employees of Knightsbridge Insolvency and in particular Susan Carr and Nicholas Mills, who kindly arranged for their annual toy donation to be added to our collection.
These toys were then given to Kathryn Eckersley at Trafford and Salford Home-start, for distribution among the most deprived children in the area.
We wish everyone involved could see the smiles on these children's faces when they received their gift and understand how much of a difference, even if just for a short amount of time, it makes to these children.
Thank you all so very much.
Rob and Mandi Beesley,
TLC Childminding,
Partington
