RE: the building on the Green Belt in and near Flixton Village.

Other than the awkward entering and exiting Flixton Road and possibly Church Road of traffic from these proposed buildings, has anybody thought about the number of children that may be living (that is if they are built) in the houses?

How will the schools cope, already there are limits to the better schools and where would a new school be built if this is the answer?

This plan will just go on and on if it is let to do so. More buildings, roads etc. etc. where will it stop?

The Worthington Wright Estate was left as an 'amenity' for the public 'in perpetuity' and this does not mean 'as building land', whether the council has bought it or not.

Talking to many people about this, it will be more trouble than it is worth by the builders to try and spoil Flixton Village and rob us of some beautiful green belt land which is used all of the time by many people.
