'It's good to know that so many people will help a stranger in trouble'
ON Saturday night, November 19, I was one of several people who went to help a woman who had fallen and injured herself and was lying in danger on Washway Road in Sale.
It was late, dark and very cold. An ambulance was called and eventually arrived and took the woman to hospital. Many people stopped to offer help and stayed until help arrived.
You know who you are. In a world that often seems uncaring it's good to know that so many people will help a stranger in trouble.
