DAVYHULME is sinking beneath a quagmire of traffic, there's no question about it, adding to the already congested roads and creating more traffic pollution.

In the past 16 years, we have seen Davyhulme transformed from being a part of God's little acre into a human moving conveyor belt of endless traffic, besides motorists who have to face driving to the Trafford Centre on roads more suitable for a horse and cart, than modern day traffic.

One day, through bitter tears, your children will have to explain to their children why a beautiful place like Davyhulme was transformed into an oasis surrounded by 21st century concrete.
