MANY grids appear to be blocked after the rains we have had recently. I do not enjoy this situation as a motorist, cyclist or a soaked pedestrian.
I have attempted to get a group of 10 grids cleared by One Trafford since January of this year.
I have reported this job via Report It - this task is still in the aware state.
I have raised it under Amey's old four digit number system - job not done.
I have raised it with my local councillor - promises made, but job still not done.
The job has been re-raised under Amey's new 6 digit number system only for it to be 'closed' because its happening sometime in the future.
However you cannot find out online when this future date is.
It appears that despite Trafford residents getting a good deal financially, through our councillors and Amey, they don't seem interested in doing the work required.
When will Trafford Council wake up and get a grip on the 'wonderful' deal Amey have provided for us?
