CAN somebody please tell me what numpty in the Highways Department decided it was ok to change the road markings on Washway Road into Park Road Timperley into a left hand turn only, without having the hindsight to put a huge sign up to let cyclists and motorists know about the new change.
Yes, the highways have marked the road out but anyone who uses this road will be aware it is bumper to bumper in a morning and evening rush hour.
As a cyclist along this road I take my life into my hands as it is.
It is not rocket science to let the rest of us mere mortals know what is happening. I cannot count how many near misses with cars I have witnessed. Come on wake up.
