I am type 1 diabetic and was coming home from work where I walk by Sainsbury’s in Sale to come home at approximately 7.45 each night although on Wednesday November 4, I woke up in an ambulance on Curzon Road, near Sainsbury’s, around 8.30pm.
I was told I had had an episode with low blood sugar and collapsed roadside but my main mention is to the person who I don’t know the name of that stayed with me for approximately 45minutes to wait for me to come round.
He tried to wake me and then called an ambulance when he realised he couldn’t but stayed with me until they came.
I don't know who this person was but I have been wondering who they were ever since and wanting to let them know and mention that I am so grateful for them looking out for me. They know who they are but I know not everyone would have done the same. It's good to know that there are people like that around.
Craig,
Sale
