WE would like to say a big thank you to everybody who helped to make our recent centennial birthday garden party a wonderful day.
A raffle raised in excess of £2,000 for the Wellbeing Centre (Macmillan Centre) at Trafford General Hospital.
To our sponsors, we couldn’t have done it without you.
We would also like to thank Urmston Lions, for the loan of their equipment, as well, as one of their members who helped on the day.
The husbands, children and grandchildren of members all worked tirelessly to make our day so successful.
And finally, thank you to everybody who attended, Urmston and District WI hope you all enjoyed yourselves - we certainly did.
