I TOO am a very concerned long term patient at the Norris Rd. Surgery, 50 years in fact.
I have had excellent care from this surgery both for me and my family. I have even had compliments from the consultant at Wythenshawe about what a good GP I have.
All the staff at the surgery are excellent and professional at their jobs. The CQC should stop picking on small surgeries and threatening them with closure because of petty problems that can be put right. I’m sure they will find plenty to do in the hospitals and nursing homes.
Dr Florin is running an excellent surgery and nothing is too much trouble for him. He is a great GP and does not need this kind of criticism.
