GOOD news and big thank you to Peel Holdings.
The canal towpath from Broadheath to Sale has finally been repaired and is now open to cyclists and walkers to enjoy.
Last Sunday we thoroughly enjoyed cycling on the new tarmac surface.
Designated lanes to allow cyclists and walkers to be separated would be helpful.
I suggest that all cyclists have bells on their bicycles and that they use them to warn walkers of their presence.
This could help avoid accidents to all users.
