Grass is too long at our cemetery
IN response to the letter published in the Messenger on June 12 about the poor state of Brooklands Cemetery, I too was shocked at the long grass in the older part of the grounds.
I have been visiting my father’s grave for the past 30 years and have never seen it looking so bad.
I appreciate there are council cutbacks at the moment, but the grass around the more recent graves was well kept.
Why not across the whole of the cemetery?
