Sad tale of the last bus to Flixton
WOULD it perhaps interest your readers to learn that in a recent survey, a cross-section of the travelling public asserted that the last bus on Saturday from Piccadilly to Flixton was often 10 minutes late; a very cross-section said it was more like 20.
A jumping-up-and-down-absolutely -steaming-mad-section stated that sometimes the blessed thing never came at all.
