ON Monday, March 31, about midday, I was walking along Manor Avenue near to Woodhouse Lane when a man came up behind me, very quickly, riding some kind of motorised, licenced, two-wheel bike/scooter.
He drove past me at such speed that I stumbled and fell against a garden wall.
From his balding head and clothes, he did not appear to be some reckless youth but, very definitely, is a selfish, anti-social adult and a law breaker.
What is one to do?
