Stange light over Altrincham. Mystery solved.

6.11pm Tuesday 6th January 2009

A BRIGHT light in the sky sparked off a UFO alert in Trafford - until SAM photographer Richard Holton solved the mystery. Altrincham couple John and Sheila Lynes alerted the paper to a strange object in the sky on Monday night. And an intrepid Messenger duo, photographer Richard Holton and reporter Chris Griffin, followed the 'star' to the couple's home in Townfield Gardens.
