HOLDERS Budenburgs are on course to retain the Altrincham and Sale Round the Board Darts League Knockout Cup after beating Central Club to qualify for the semi-finals.
The top two teams in group B put on a fine game which went to 3-3 before Budenburgs' Geoff Talbot beat Central captain Carl Bailey to secure the victory
In the other match in the group, Orange Tree beat Railway Altrincham 5-2.
In Group A, British Rail secured top spot with an excellent win against the Station.
The other team to go through to the semi-finals were Timperley Cons, who beat Brooklands Tap 7-0 to take second spot.
British Rail will play Central Club in the last four while Budenburgs will face Timperley Cons on April 24.
