STEVE Diamond has named his Sale Sharks side for Sunday afternoon’s Aviva Premiership game against Wasps at the AJ Bell Stadium, kick-off 2pm.

Marc Jones makes a welcome return at hooker having missed the last three games and Mark Cueto is fit again and is named amongst the replacements.

Sharks won last time out at the AJ Bell Stadium, beating London Welsh 46-8 scoring six tries including a Tom Arscott hat trick.

Sale have a good record against Wasps having won six out of the last sevenencounters.

The Wasps squad includes four former Sale Sharks players in Chris Bell, Kearnan Myall, James Gaskell and Rob Miller. They currently sit in fifth place in the Premiership, having beaten Newcastle last weekend and Northampton in the second game of the season.

Wasps winger Tom Varndell has scored four tries already this season and is now only seven tries behind Sharks Mark Cueto on 86. On the opposite wing, Wasps have Christian Wade who is now fully fit again and causing mayhem when he gets his hands on the ball.
