ALTRINCHAM will take on Boston United at Moss Lane in a Blue Square Bet North fixture on Tuesday night (January 29) with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The postponement on Saturday of FC Halifax Town's FA Trophy Quarter Final with Dartford until Tuesday, meant that the Robins scheduled home game with Halifax, on that night, was postponed.

In anticipation of this scenario happening, Altrincham contacted the Football Conference and Boston United to provisionally rearrange their fixture and this was then confirmed when heavy overnight snow on Friday night overcame Halifax's efforts to get their Trophy fixture played.
