Louis Taylor scores for AK
AK first team team entertained Manchester and produced another great all round team performance to win by 62 points to 17.
A Rob Holloway penalty opened the scoring for AK and he converted three first half tries from Jack Wise, John Geddis and JP Singleton to give AK a 24 - 5 lead at half time.
In the second half Jack Wise completed his hat trick, with John Geddis also scoring again and there were further AK tries from James Singleton, Louis Taylor and Tristan Laga.
Rob Holloway kicked three and James Nettleton one conversion to complete an emphatic win and remain in 4th place in the league On Sunday the AK Junior Colts beat Caldy 34 – 12 to remain joint top of the A League. Tries were scored by James Shepherd (2), Jimmy Smith (2), Alex Dunne and Nicky Cliffe, who also kicked two conversions. The AK Under 13s also won at Wirral by 46 points to 7.
