SCHOOLCHILDREN from across Trafford will converge on Ashton on Mersey School on Friday (June 29) in the culmination of National School Sports Week.
Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week, delivered in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust, is a week-long sporting celebration for schools across Britain.
The theme of the week (June 25 to 29) is all about staging your own games.
Trafford MV will also be looking to encourage young people’s interest in sport over the summer months with regular rugby and cricket coaching for youths from across the borough.
