Celebrating their season’s trophies - U-11 Hale United Galaxy
DESPITE a delayed start to the season - due to the boys sitting their 11-plus exams - U-11 Hale United Galaxy have enjoyed a superb season.
Coach Josh Bates led the players to the greatest level of success reached by any team in the club’s history.
The Hale United boys came second in Division 1 of the U-11 Stockport Metro League and were runners up in the League Cup knockout competition. They were narrowly beaten in the final by the top of the league team - Stockport Junior Blues.
The boys were presented their trophies at the Stockport League End of Season Presentation.
Josh Bates said ‘The boys have been a great team to work with, their team spirit, skills and determination make it rewarding for me to be their coach. We hope to build on our achievements this season and bring home a cup in the future.’
