CLUB members from Trafford MV put on their work gear at the weekend to give the club a tidy up ahead of the upcoming rugby season.
The young and old of the club got together lopping branches, cutting back bushes and sorting kit and equipment as a start to jobs that need to be done, which will also include painting and strimming over the next few weeks.
More than 20 members attended the work party in hot conditions and were rewarded with a barbecue and liquid refreshment as a thank you for helping out.
The work was followed by a family afternoon for club members which included a barbecue, kids cricket, mixed rounders and walking rugby – enjoyed by young and old alike.
