TRAFFORD Handball Club is delivering handball sessions to kids and schools across Greater Manchester/
Run by the head coach Stan Beli?ski – an international handball player with more than 20 years' experience – the aim is to create opportunities for youngsters to play handball locally and encourage them to take part in a fun and exciting sport.
Currently the club are offering open sessions on Fridays (6-8pm at Sale High School) for youngsters to try handball.
At the same time, they are engaging with schools across the county, delivering handball coaching and attracting students to join their after-school clubs for more sessions.
Belinski said: "So far, we have received great support from local schools and have seen an increased number of kids coming to our sessions.
"As a result, we are opening trial sessions beginning on June 9, where I will pick up the teams (girls and boys under-16/u14/u12) that will train together to compete in the national league from September onwards."
