URMSTON snowboarder Bradie Zimmer-Collins is the new English under-16s champion.
Flixton Girls School pupil Bradie, who is a GB park and pathway academy athlete, knew she would face stiff competition at the English Slopestyle Championships, held at the Chill Factore near to the Trafford Centre.
But the 13-year-old, who is the current u16s Scottish champion and Trafford Sports Achiever of the Year, was undaunted.
After previously winning the u12s and u14s English titles, she became the first female to add the u16s crown after winning gold in a thrilling final against some of the best snowboarders in the UK.
