AS Trafford MV's first team took a break from league action last weekend the club took the opportunity to promote their sporting activities.
They provide rugby union for more than 200 youngsters from under-5s to under-16s on Sunday mornings, and last week the oldest age group took centre stage when they beat Liverpool Collegiate 71-5.
Based off Glebelands Road in Sale, the club also provides multi-sports skills for our very young members and rugby and cricket coaching for those between the ages of seven and 13, while the cricket section is expanding and will soon add a second age group to their u11s side.
anyone interested in partaking in MV's youth rugby or cricket can contact Wilf Dooley on 01942 884542 for more information.
They are also looking for local business and support groups to assist in providing facilities and funding to promote sport in the area.
The first team are return to league action this weekend with a trip to Thornton Cleveleys.
