STAFF at Trafford-based logistics firm AKW Group put their football skills on show in a bid to raise £200 for three major charities.
The team faced side Urmston Town FC in a charity football match at Barton Clough playing fields in Stretford.
Proceeds from the event were divided between Parkinson's Improvement, Cancer Research UK and The Christie.
Alexandra Buckley, of AKW Group, who organised the event along with Urmston Town FC captain Danny Watling said: “As always, it’s good to be able to give something back and we are delighted to have been able to raise some money for three great charities.”
