THE England World Cup campaign may have been a flop - but the girls from St Joseph's RC Primary School have given us something to cheer.
The school's football were runners-up in English Schools Football Association Cup competition.
It was an event that attracted more than 4,000 schools from across the country and the St Joseph's team lost a closely fought final 2-1.
The event gave the girls the chance to play in Premiership surroundings, with the final taking place at Aston Villa's training ground in May.
