Red hot import Frantisek Bakrlik fired Phoenix in front early against the Jets with a short handed goal to set the tone for Sundays game and whilst only Michal Psurny added to the goal in the first period, Manchester netted seven in the middle period to see them out of sight.
Goals from Bakrlik, Hand, Psurny, James Archer, Jack Watkins, Liam Chong and Robin Kovar put Phoenix in control with a lone Jets strike from Ales Padelek the only reply.
