TRAFFORD Park clothing firm Clothes2order.com has launched a limited edition t-shirt to show its support for Manchester following last Monday’s terror attack, with the proceeds going to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

The specially-designed grey t-shirt features the slogan A City United as well as the Manchester bee symbol and the hashtag #SpiritofManchester.

Clothes2order.com has set up the www.charityshirts.co.uk website where people can buy the shirts online.

Sizes range from small to XXL and the shirts are priced at £14.99. From each t-shirt sold, £11.99 will go to the fund, with the remaining £3 being the VAT.

Sam Jones, managing director of Clothes2order.com, said: “As a proud Manchester business, we have been devastated by the events at the Arena and our thoughts are with the victims and their families.

“Since the tragedy, we have been overwhelmed, but unsurprised, by the coming together of communities and we want to play our part.

“This specially-produced t-shirt, designed by our in-house team, is our way of contributing to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and also offers a means for people all over the UK to show their support for the city and those affected by the attack.

“The message on the t-shirt reflects the amazing unity shown in the city since the terrible events of last Monday night.”

Sam added: “We are doing a limited print run of 1,000 t-shirts, which will mean a donation of £12,000 to the fund once all of them are sold.

“We’ve had great support for this campaign from our suppliers and partners, particularly t-shirt manufacturer Gildan, and I would like to officially thank them.”
