THE Friends of Flixton Gardens will be officially relaunched with the support of Trafford Council on Saturday, April 1 at 2pm.
This event will be a hands on multi-activity afternoon aimed at all ages.
Flixton House will act as the meeting point with refreshments provided free of charge.
The council will provide both gardening equipment and resources needed to clear any litter, weeds and leaves away.
Woodland Trust worksheets will be provided along with the chance to design the logo for Friends of Flixton Gardens.
Children are advised to wear sensible footwear and appropriate clothing as the event has both an indoor and outdoor element.
All younger children will need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Unfortunately the day will not be suitable for animals, excluding working dogs which are welcome.
The event will last a minimum of two hours.
