ATM users are being urged to be vigilant after card sharks targeted a machine in Urmston.
A card retainer and a concealed camera were found on a cash machine in Cross Bank Road on Friday January 27.
Police published photos of the con devices on Facebook but would not specify which of the four ATMs they were fitted to.
A post on GMP Trafford South’s page said: “Only one ATM was found to be fitted with this device after a customer had concerns.
"Due to police enquiries on-going with local banks at this time, no further comment can be added. All the ATM's at the time of finding this device have been checked and are all in order.”
Police are asking that any suspicious activity witnessed by ATM users should be reported to 101.
