The Gruffalo
CHILDREN can meet their favourite storybook characters by attending a free event at the Trafford Centre .
Elmer, the Gruffalo and Winnie the Witch will be special guests at an event to celebrate all that is magical about reading.
Compered by CBBC favourite Michelle Ackerley, organisers promise family friendly fun with some of the nation’s most famous faces, authors, illustrators and fictional characters hosting Storytelling Sessions, Poetry with a Bang! and Word Searching.
The event takes place on November 1 and has been organised by Save The Children. Anyone interested in finding out more should visit readongeton.org.uk.
